Luke's Lobster is a Maine-inspired, fast-casual seafood restaurant specializing in award-winning lobster rolls and other high-quality seafood dishes. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred but not required for support roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
  • Ability to handle shellfish and tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in bartending or serving in a high-volume setting preferred
  • Willing to train the right person for support roles
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-25 lbs as needed
  • Ability to handle shellfish and tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen

  • Deliver friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming environment for all
  • Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverages
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
