Job Requirements

  • High school degree, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bellman or luggage attendant or relevant role is an advantage
  • Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated room, conference center, restaurant, etc.
  • Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities
  • Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions
  • Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized
  • Maintain order of any luggage stored in the bell closet
  • Coordinate with Guest Services staff regarding daily VIP arrivals and special guests
  • Follow all safety and security protocols
  • Perform any other duties requested by Management
  • Maintain inventory of all products necessary to conduct the job
