Job Duties
- deliver items to guest rooms promptly and courteously
- assist various hotel departments such as housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front desk as needed
- maintain professional appearance and uniform compliance
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- ensure a safe working environment
- perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and stretching
- provide outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
