Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application
willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
ability to adhere to workplace safety procedures
must possess California food handler card
ability to handle cash to make change
must maintain neat personal appearance and hygiene
able to perform physical tasks including standing for entire shift and lifting up to 75 pounds
ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers

one or more years of full-service restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

Greeting and seating guests
presenting menus to guests
informing them of special menu items
working in a team environment
maintaining knowledge of food offerings and preparation
providing exceptional hospitality
taking guest information and quoting wait times
managing reservations and waitlists
reviewing floor plans and table availability
observing and tracking table status
cleaning and stocking menus
answering phone calls and menu inquiries
assisting servers by clearing tables and providing initial beverage service
bussing and resetting tables
interacting positively with guests
filling to-go orders
maintaining restrooms
supporting servers and kitchen staff
maintaining personal appearance and hygiene
displaying integrity and honesty
performing other duties as directed
