Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • California food handlers card required
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests present clean menus inform guests of special menu items
  • work in a team environment as an effective team player
  • maintain adequate knowledge of food offerings and preparation
  • provide hospitality to achieve and exceed company service standards
  • take guest information and accurately quote wait times
  • plan reservations and waitlist parties timely
  • review floor plan to assess table availability changes
  • observe tables and track clean dirty and occupied ones
  • clean, organize and stock menus at front desk
  • answer phones according to company standards
  • assist servers by removing dishes providing initial beverage service bussing and resetting tables
  • interact with guests to ensure positive dining experience
  • fill to go orders according to specifications and packaging standards
  • maintain restrooms during shift
  • support servers and kitchen staff in other duties
  • maintain personal appearance and hygiene
  • display integrity and honesty
  • perform other duties as directed
