Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dishwashing preferred
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely
- Ability to multitask and prioritize cleaning duties
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar dishwashing or general utility role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Work in a team environment with the ability to be an effective team player
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
- Sort and stack clean dishes, carry clean dishes to cooks line and other proper storage areas, rewash soiled dishes before delivering
- Change dishwater in dish machine every hour
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
- Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster
- Set-up and break-down dishwashing area
