Job Requirements

  • Possession of a California food handler's card
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to workplace safety procedures
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Good personal hygiene and grooming
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Assist food servers by removing used or unnecessary items from guests' tables
  • Bussing tables and resetting for new guests
  • Observing tables and keeping track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables
  • Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after each guest
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
  • Refill condiment stock and condiments on tables
  • Work in a team environment as an effective team player
  • Provide guests with hospitality that meets and exceeds company service standards
  • Clean, organize, and stock menus at the front desk
  • Interact with guests entering and departing
  • Keep designated service stations clean, well-stocked, and organized
  • Maintain restrooms throughout the shift
  • Support food servers and kitchen staff in other duties as required
  • Take pride in personal appearance
  • report to work in neat and clean clothing
  • Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment
  • Performing other duties as directed
