Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or relevant experience preferred
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- knowledge of company policies and local alcohol laws
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of maintaining composure under pressure

Job Duties
- Serve a section of the bar including the service well as determined by management
- work effectively as part of a team
- maintain complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu and service standards
- sell food and beverage items professionally
- enter and complete guest orders on a point-of-sale system
- interact with guests in a friendly and timely manner ensuring satisfaction
- mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- maintain cleanliness, organization, sanitation and attractive displays in the bar area
- carry and transport trays with beverages and plates
- clear and reset tables
- wash and sterilize stemware
- responsibly serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with policies and laws
- check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- observe guest behavior and handle disorderly customers appropriately
- maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
- display integrity and honesty in employment
- perform other duties as directed
