Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to interact with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer skills including register operation
- Timely attendance and accurate time record-keeping
- Willingness to work varying schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Driver's license
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to safely and properly use mechanical tools
- Demonstrate self-accountability and teamwork
- Willingness and ability to learn
Job Duties
- Perform general vehicle maintenance including replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers
- Check and adjust under-hood fluid levels
- Test, service, and replace vehicle batteries
- Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure
- Perform visual safety checks and look for fluid leaks
- Maintain industry safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop including mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, and clearing litter
- Complete required training and attend team meetings
- Follow grooming standards and wear company provided uniform
- Support a respectful and healthy workplace environment
