Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license
- basic mechanical aptitude
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform general vehicle maintenance including replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers
- check and adjust under-hood fluid levels
- test, service, and replace vehicle batteries
- wash windshields and adjust tire pressure
- perform visual safety checks and look for fluid leaks
- maintain industry safety guidelines
- timely attendance and accurate time record-keeping
- basic shop maintenance and daily cleaning
- basic computer and register operation
- follow uniform and grooming standards
- support a respectful and healthy workplace
- perform essential duties with no damage to vehicles
- perform general center maintenance and cleaning including mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, clearing litter, snow and ice removal, and cleaning restrooms
- complete all required training
- attend team meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
