Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in automotive service or lube technician role preferred
  • knowledge of shop tools and equipment
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • customer-focused attitude
  • familiarity with dealership processes is a plus

Job Duties

  • Diagnose and perform light mechanical services on customer and inventory vehicles
  • ensure all services comply with dealership and manufacturer/factory standards
  • communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors
  • maintain safety standards by adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations
  • accurately prepare estimates and work orders
  • handle and dispose of hazardous waste in compliance with OSHA regulations
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
