Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in retail service management
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- previous food handling experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and train team members in the cafe
- ensure availability, freshness, and quality of food and drink products
- manage inventory, stock, and rotation of perishable items
- enforce food safety, sanitation, and loss prevention practices
- provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- maintain cleanliness and operational standards in the cafe
- assist with sales transactions and team member training
- conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales and promotions
