Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or event operations
- Valid alcohol service certification e g TIPS ServSafe Alcohol
- Strong understanding of alcohol laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

- Valid alcohol service certification e g TIPS ServSafe Alcohol
- Strong understanding of alcohol laws and compliance standards

- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience in collegiate or large-scale event environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume operations with attention to detail preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise alcohol service operations during campus events including sporting events concerts and special functions
- Ensure all alcohol-related activities comply with local state and university regulations
- Monitor staff adherence to responsible beverage service protocols e g ID checks refusal of service
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee secure storage and distribution of alcoholic products
- Coordinate with event managers security and campus officials to ensure safe alcohol service
- Train and support team members on alcohol policies and procedures
- Respond to incidents involving alcohol service and escalate as necessary
- Assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation of alcohol sales and inventory
