Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or event operations
- valid alcohol service certification required
- strong understanding of alcohol laws and compliance standards
- excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- college coursework preferred
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or event operations
- valid alcohol service certification such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol required
- strong understanding of alcohol laws and compliance standards
- excellent communication leadership and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- experience in collegiate or large-scale event environments preferred
- familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools preferred
- ability to manage high-volume operations with attention to detail preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise alcohol service operations during campus events including sporting events concerts and special functions
- ensure all alcohol-related activities comply with local state and university regulations
- monitor staff adherence to responsible beverage service protocols such as ID checks and refusal of service
- maintain accurate inventory records and oversee secure storage and distribution of alcoholic products
- coordinate with event managers security and campus officials to ensure safe alcohol service
- train and support team members on alcohol policies and procedures
- respond to incidents involving alcohol service and escalate as necessary
- assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation of alcohol sales and inventory
