Job Requirements
- Valid LPN license
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care
- Ability to supervise staff effectively
- Availability to work full-time 2 PM to 10 PM shift including weekends
- Competent in medication administration and resident care
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality resident care
Job Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
- Proven experience in assisted living or similar healthcare setting
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of medication administration and resident assessment
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 10 PM shift with weekend availability
- Customer-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Assist with medication administration when needed
- Assess residents and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal healthcare
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in resident admissions and discharges
- Respond promptly to residents needs and communicate with memory care residents families
- Conduct assessments, care planning, and audits
- Facilitate family council involvement
