Job Requirements

  • Valid LPN license
  • Experience working in assisted living or long-term care
  • Ability to supervise staff effectively
  • Availability to work full-time 2 PM to 10 PM shift including weekends
  • Competent in medication administration and resident care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality resident care

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
  • Proven experience in assisted living or similar healthcare setting
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of medication administration and resident assessment
  • Ability to work the 2 PM to 10 PM shift with weekend availability
  • Customer-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Assist with medication administration when needed
  • Assess residents and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal healthcare
  • Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist in resident admissions and discharges
  • Respond promptly to residents needs and communicate with memory care residents families
  • Conduct assessments, care planning, and audits
  • Facilitate family council involvement
