Job Requirements
- Minimum age is 21
- preferably with 3 years driving experience
- must have a clean driving record
- driver 21 and older - no major violations
- current driver's license and insurable driving record
- ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
- must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 50+ pounds frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- hospitality experience ideal
- excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the property
- provide assistance in and out of vehicles for all guests
- provide knowledgeable recommendations for property and city events, amenities, and outlets
- maintain knowledge of ADA parking, and all safety and security procedures
- communicate and partner with other departments as applicable in supporting the guest experience
- assist guests with transporting luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring courteous and efficient service
