Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Must be punctual and adhere to uniform policies
- Able to follow company guidelines and handbooks
- Physical stamina to perform duties including standing and carrying
- Must have personal equipment like pen and corkscrew
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry food and beverages

- Basic math skills for order handling and billing
Job Duties
- Report to work on time and in full uniform
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management capable of performing
- Follow the rules as found in the Concord Hospitality Handbooks
- Check station for cleanliness and proper set-up before opening
- Have necessary equipment including pen, side towel, corkscrew
- Perform all necessary side work assigned
- Attend menu class and be aware of daily specials, soups, drinks
- Handle assigned floor station using teamwork and consolidation
- Take guest orders accurately, write legibly, use modifiers and seat numbers
- Follow procedures for proper service of food and beverage
- Know proper beverage, liquor, and wine service
- Ensure tables are properly bussed through the meal
- Bus and reset tables with attention after guests leave
