Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- physical ability to move and lift objects up to 25 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance
- effective communication skills
- willingness to follow safety protocols
- commitment to maintaining professional appearance
- no supervisory experience required
- availability to work part time

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with kitchen staff about menu questions, wait times, re-cooks, and product availability
- communicate additional meal requirements such as allergies and dietary needs
- record transactions in MICROS system
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining utensils
- complete closing duties including restocking and securing work areas
- present accurate checks and process payments
- follow all company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- maintain personal appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- read and verify information
