Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance
  • Willingness to follow company safety and security policies
  • Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Availability to work evening shifts on a part-time basis
  • No supervisory experience necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds independently and with assistance for heavier weights
  • Familiarity with MICROS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system at time of order
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
  • Present accurate check to guests and process payment
  • Follow all company safety and security policies
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
