Job Duties
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of beverage supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes
- Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens, disposable supplies, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays
- Clean and organize counters, shelves, walls, furniture or equipment in bar storage areas, food service areas or other restaurant areas
- Fill beverage or ice dispensers and maintain ice levels throughout shift
- Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks
- Put down bar mats during the day and remove and clean them at end of day
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Sort and remove trash placing it in designated pickup areas
- Carry and unload dishes and other tableware to dish room for cleaning
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to manager, server or bartender as needed
