Job Requirements
- minimum high school education or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to pass background check
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash transactions and accounting
- operate cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- perform housekeeping duties inside and outside the casino
- mix and complete drink orders efficiently
- remember regular customers' names and monitor legal age requirements
- wait on customers playing games and at tables
- clean and keep bar furniture neatly arranged
- assist customers with gaming machine operations
- wear uniform and maintain a neat appearance
- answer and screen telephone calls
- greet customers and take orders
- clean restrooms, dust, windows, and floors
- empty trash cans and clean tables
- accurately make change and account for cash
- stock, price, receive, and rotate bar products
- change kegs
- use fire extinguisher and safety equipment
- complete casino restroom logs
- report personnel situations or policy violations
- call maintenance or gaming machine repairs
- fill glasses of beer from the tap
- serve wine, mixed, bottled, and draft beverages
- distribute drinks and pick up empties
- fill and carry buckets of ice
- change soda syrup boxes and beer taps
- vacuum, mop, and sweep floors
- wash glassware and clean bar area
- arrange bottles and glasses for displays
- handle disruptive customers professionally and document incidents
- communicate product needs to management
- plan bar menus and create drink recipes
- order and requisition liquor and supplies
- serve snacks or food items
- operate cash register and tally transactions
- assist patrons verifying wins and making payouts
- complete shift paperwork, balance tills, and cash receipts
- complete other duties as assigned by management
