Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash and operate cash registers accurately
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- maintain cleanliness inside and outside the casino
- mix and complete drink orders efficiently
- remember regular customers' names and monitor legal age requirements
- wait on customers playing games and at tables
- clean and arrange bar furniture neatly
- assist customers with gaming machine operations
- wear uniform and maintain a neat appearance
- answer and screen telephone calls
- greet customers and take orders
- clean restrooms, dust, wash windows and floors
- empty trash cans and wash dishes
- clean tables and handle messes
- make change accurately and account for cash
- receive and rotate bar products and supplies
- change out kegs
- use fire extinguisher and other safety equipment
- understand and follow safety manual
- complete casino restroom logs
- report personnel situations or policy violations to manager
- call maintenance or gaming machine company for repairs
- fill beer glasses from tap
- serve wine, mixed, bottled, and draft beverages
- distribute drinks and collect empty glasses and litter
- manage ice buckets and soda syrup boxes
- vacuum, mop, and sweep lounge and bar floors
- wash glassware and clean bar work area
- arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays
- handle disruptive customers professionally and document incidents
- communicate product needs to manager
- plan bar menus
- create drink recipes
- order and requisition liquors and supplies
- serve snacks or food items at bar
- receive payments and tally transactions
- assist patrons with verifying wins and making payouts
- complete shift paperwork and balance tills
- perform any other duties as assigned by management
