Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Willingness to follow all casino policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic cash handling and accounting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to use safety equipment
- Familiarity with bar operations and beverage service
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to guest needs promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately including operating a cash register and balancing tills
- Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the casino including restrooms, floors, tables, and bar areas
- Mix and serve a variety of drinks including beer, wine, mixed, bottled, and draft beverages
- Monitor legal age requirements and ensure compliant alcohol service
- Greet customers, answer and screen telephone calls, and assist with gaming machine operations
- Manage safety protocols including using fire extinguishers and completing restroom logs
- Communicate with management regarding personnel issues and operational challenges
- Assist with bar menu planning, create drink recipes, and order liquors and supplies
- Handle disruptive customers professionally and document incidents
- Assist patrons with verifying wins and making payouts at gaming machines
- Complete shift paperwork accurately and perform any other duties assigned by management
