Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash and accounting tasks
- operate cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- complete drink orders efficiently
- assist casino cashiers
- remember regular customers' names and faces
- monitor legal age requirements
- accurately complete shift paperwork
- make change and account for large sums of cash
- suggest and assist customers with gaming machine operations
- maintain neat and clean appearance and uniform
- clean restrooms and ashtrays
- dust windows and floors
- empty trash cans and dishes
- clean tables and clean up messes
- clean games and arrange bar furniture neatly
- use safety manual and casino restroom logs
- maintain casino safety and security
- answer and screen phone calls
- assist patrons in verifying wins
- record and make payouts to gambling machine winners
- advise manager of personnel situations or policy violations affecting casino performance
