Job Requirements
- minimum high school education
- previous experience in bar or lounge service preferred
- ability to remember customers' names and orders

Job Duties
- be accountable for exceptional customer service, cash handling, and accounting
- operate a cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- maintain housekeeping inside and outside the casino
- efficiently mix and complete drink orders
- remember regular customers' names and monitor legal age requirements
- wait on customers playing games and at tables
- clean and arrange bar furniture neatly
- suggest and assist customers with gaming machine operations
- wear uniform and maintain neat appearance
- answer and screen telephone calls
- greet customers and verify age
- clean restrooms, dusting, windows, and floors
- empty trash cans and clean dishes
- clean tables and messes
- accurately make change and account for cash
- stock, price, receive, and rotate bar products and supplies, including changing kegs
- use fire extinguisher and safety equipment
- understand safety manual and complete restroom logs
- report personnel situations or policy violations to manager
- contact maintenance or gaming machine company for repairs
- change paper or ribbons in gambling machines
- fill beer glasses from tap
- serve wine, mixed, bottled, and draft beverages
- distribute drinks and pick up empty containers
- handle ice buckets and change soda syrup boxes and keg taps
- vacuum, mop, and sweep lounge and bar floors
- wash glassware and clean work area
- arrange bottles and glasses attractively
- handle disruptive customers professionally and document incidents
- communicate product orders and plan bar menus
- create drink recipes and order liquors and supplies
- serve snacks or food items
- make change and receive payments
- assist patrons with verifying wins and payouts
- complete shift paperwork and balance tills
- perform other duties as assigned
