Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash and accounting duties
- operate cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- perform housekeeping inside and outside the casino
- mix and complete drink orders
- remember regular customers' names and faces
- monitor legal age requirements
- assist customers with gaming machine operations
- maintain neat appearance and wear uniform
- answer and screen telephone calls
- greet customers and take orders
- clean restrooms, dust, wash windows, and maintain floors
- empty trash cans and clean tables
- accurately make change and manage large cash amounts
- stock, price, receive, and rotate bar products and supplies
- use safety equipment and understand safety manual
- complete casino restroom logs
- report personnel issues or policy violations
- coordinate maintenance and gaming machine repairs
- fill beer glasses, serve wine, mixed and draft beverages
- distribute drinks and clear glasses
- change soda syrup boxes and keg taps
- vacuum, mop, and sweep floors
- wash glassware and clean bar area
- create attractive bottle and glass displays
- handle disruptive customers professionally
- document incidents
- communicate product needs
- plan menus and create recipes
- order liquors and supplies
- serve snacks and food items
- process payments and operate cash register
- assist patrons with wins and payouts
- complete shift paperwork and balance tills
- perform other duties as assigned
