- previous experience in a bar, lounge, or casino environment preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to follow safety procedures

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash and operate cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- perform housekeeping duties inside and outside the casino
- mix and complete drink orders efficiently
- remember regular customers' names and monitor legal age requirements
- clean and arrange bar furniture
- greet customers and answer phone calls
- clean restrooms, dust, empty trash, and clean tables
- make change accurately and account for large amounts of cash
- use fire extinguisher and safety equipment
- report personnel situations and maintenance needs
- fill glasses from tap and serve various beverages
- vacuum, mop, and sweep floors
- handle disruptive customers professionally and document incidents
- serve snacks and receive payments
- assist patrons with verifying wins and make payouts
- complete shift paperwork and balance tills
- perform other duties as assigned
