Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
- Open availability
- Ability to drive catering delivery truck if required
- Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift and carry supplies for event setup
- Must possess or be able to obtain food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit as required
- Valid driver’s license may be required

- Experience working in banquets or high-volume restaurant preferred
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit where required by state law
Job Duties
- Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
- Log and maintain food temperatures
- Arrange tables and decorations
- Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Thoroughly clean location after event is completed
- Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility
- Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions
- Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment
- Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
