Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent preferred
At least one year of progressive experience in food and beverage
ServSafe or TIPS certification required
Ability to work long hours as needed
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
Capacity to work under varying temperatures and noise levels
Near vision to see details at close range
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Fluency in English
Ability to perform under pressure and multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent preferred

ServSafe or TIPS certification
Fluency in English
Ability to work in stressful and high-pressure situations
Strong multitasking skills

Job Duties

Be a friendly face by arriving on time and setting up the restaurant/lounge/cafe
Keep the area clean and attractive during the meal period
Perform cleaning duties including floors, tables, buffet, and sidework at closing
Pour water, upsell food and beverages, and make helpful suggestions
Answer guest questions and remember names or favorite choices
Offer a friendly smile and local attraction recommendations
Understand the food and beverage served to provide excellent service
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and promptly
Follow established safety and security policies and procedures
Anticipate problems and notify management as needed
