Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of beverage preparation and standards
- ability to follow check handling and cash policies
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
- adherence to company policies and drug-free workplace
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or similar food and beverage service role
- strong customer service orientation
- knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage standards
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- familiarity with health and safety regulations

- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Duties
- Pick up bank and guest checks from prescribed area
- set up bar
- break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly
- accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order
- make cocktails in accordance with beverage standards using standard jigger
- work professionally with all guests and fellow associates
- follow all check handling procedures including credit card policies with no cash tabs
- red line all drink orders from servers, checking tickets for items that did not ring up correctly
- prepare beverage requisition for liquor
- create a pleasant, friendly, hospitable, effective and professional working atmosphere at all times
- perform duties in prescribed safe manner using established procedures and proper equipment
- follow procedures regarding use of promotional and birthday drinks
- complete all opening and closing duties as listed on checklist
- comply with procedures for serving alcohol to and identifying minors
- check and replace glassware where needed
- stock and replenish ice at all stations
- clean floors in area of responsibility at end of each shift
- empty and steam-clean trashcans at end of each shift or as necessary
- be responsible for inventory of soda and juices and their rotation of stock
- stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary
