Job Requirements
- at least one year of bartending experience
- flexible availability to work any shift including holidays and weekends
- ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
- comfortable working with computers for cashiering duties
- must be able to stand or walk for at least eight hours
- able to lift or carry at least 30 pounds
- TABC and Food Handler certification required

Job Duties
- set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
- perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
- greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
- abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control
