Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and verify lounge access eligibility
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about lounge amenities
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating areas, restrooms, and service stations
- Ensure the lounge is well-stocked with food, beverages, and supplies
- Monitor lounge capacity and guest flow to maintain comfort and safety
- Set up, replenish, and monitor food and beverage offerings
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Clear used dishes and maintain service areas throughout the shift
- Follow airport security, safety, and company policies
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
- Communicate operational issues to the Lounge Manager or Supervisor
