Job Duties
- be accountable for customer service during the shift
- make accounting decisions consistent with casino operations standards, policies, and procedures
- assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in office procedures, vendor invoicing, computer data entries, and shortage controls
- set the proper example for co-workers in professionalism, attitude, and teamwork
- be trained to cover all manager duties including payroll, inventories, scheduling, counseling reports, retrains, and machine repairs
- handle and screen phone calls, maintain office supplies stock, and process invoices auditing cost and pricing
- prioritize and follow-up on office tasks, ensure security of casino assets, control cash fund and inventories, audit shift reports
- complete all casino paperwork accurately including daily reports, purchases, inventory adjustments, and payroll records
- manage vendor controls, liquor orders, deliveries, stock maintenance
- maintain accurate pricing on liquor products according to promotions and regulations, prepare for liquor audits
- prepare bank deposits for manager approval, enter and record sales and purchases, ensure casino safety
- fill in for manager as needed, work nights, weekends, holidays, and maintain reachable contact methods
