Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and listening skills
- basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- skillfully mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks while adhering to established recipes and standards
- possess an in-depth knowledge of the drink menu including ingredients flavor profiles and presentation
- make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- take drink orders offer suggestions and provide a personalized experience
- ensure drinks are visually appealing and well-presented using garnishes and glassware appropriately
- prepare the bar area for service ensuring that all necessary tools ingredients and supplies are available
- keep the bar area clean and organized throughout the shift
- process payment transactions accurately manage tabs and handle cash and credit card transactions
- monitor and manage beverage inventory restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management
- adhere to laws and regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol including verifying customer age and refusing service to underage or intoxicated individuals
- collaborate with other staff members including servers kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
