- Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- Experience in dining room operations or customer service roles is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to tables, and provide menus
- Schedule dining reservations, arrange parties, and coordinate special services for diners
- Adjust and resolve guest complaints as directed by a supervisor
- Assign and coordinate tasks for dining room staff to ensure prompt, courteous, and fair service
- Inspect serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- requisition linens and supplies as needed
- Ensure menus are clean, organized, and presentable
- Notify servers of new tables and communicate with line cooks on large party arrivals
- Train and mentor dining room employees as needed, including scheduling work hours and maintaining time records
- Assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary
- Handle end-of-shift responsibilities such as totaling receipts, clearing the register, and collecting payments
- Other duties as assigned
