Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- minimum one year of experience in a customer service role
- minimum one year of experience as a host
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to sit, stand, walk, hear and talk for extended periods
- manual dexterity and ability to use hands, fingers, and arms for prolonged periods
- ability to move freely within and outside the facility
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- evening shift availability
- weekend availability required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed
- take reservation requests and enter them into the POS system
- handle food-to-go orders and ensure they are ready for pick-up
- greet patrons warmly and escort them to their tables
- clean and maintain all menus, updating them as necessary
- assist management and service staff as needed
- keep the reception and host desk clean and orderly
- assist in expediting food and drink orders as necessary
