Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in luxury hospitality or similar high-end service environment
- strong knowledge of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must maintain company grooming and uniform standards
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in luxury hospitality or high-end beverage service
- comprehensive knowledge of premium spirits, wines, champagnes, craft cocktails, specialty teas, and artisanal coffees
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- proficiency with InfoGenesis POS systems
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- commitment to maintaining high grooming and uniform standards
- ability to deliver impeccable customer service under pressure
Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality while supporting company values
- perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards
- demonstrate knowledge of premium spirits, wines, champagnes, craft cocktails, specialty teas, and artisanal coffees
- present beverages with proper garnishes, glassware, and serving techniques reflective of luxury casino environment
- communicate effectively with Lotus Bartenders, bar porters and Hosts to support seamless flow of service
- curate and recommend selections from premium lists
- maintain cleanliness and organization in Lotus service stations, bar and slot areas
- complete assigned side work and additional tasks with teamwork
- monitor and maintain par levels for products and equipment and communicate shortages to management
- deliver gracious, intuitive service exceeding expectations ensuring beverage orders are prepared and served within seven minutes
- address guest requests and concerns promptly and diplomatically
- manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- operate all applicable InfoGenesis POS screens and handle company funds in accordance with policies
- maintain personal grooming and uniform standards per department and company requirements
- adapt duties as needed to meet business needs
