- Previous bartending experience in luxury or high-limit settings
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide luxury-level bar service to high-limit guests
- Offer personalized beverage recommendations and craft cocktails tailored to individual guest preferences
- Demonstrate mastery in cocktail creation, spirit education, and wine pairing
- Efficiently prepare and serve drinks within 1-3 minutes
- Operate all bar equipment and tools
- Manage inventory, restock stations, and report discrepancies
- Execute bar setup, mise en place, and breakdown procedures
- Communicate guest feedback to management
- Accurately operate InfoGenesis POS system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
