Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum 3 years related sales experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
  • valid driver's license and good driving record
  • residency within 30 minutes of Paterson, NJ territory
  • fluency in English and Spanish

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
  • minimum 3 years sales experience in retail or wholesale
  • proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
  • good driving record
  • residence in close proximity to territory
  • fluency in English and Spanish

Job Duties

  • Travel within assigned territory nearly 100% of time worked
  • grow sales at existing lottery retailers by selling new products/promotions
  • monitor and oversee new retailer training and installation of new stores
  • visit retailers on a regular schedule to ensure professional presence
  • maintain route cycle and record all retailer visits in Sales Wizard application
  • manage instant ticket inventory to maximize sales
  • track and maintain adequate inventory levels
  • remove closing games as directed
  • deliver, install and maintain lottery point-of-sale materials
  • operate and train retailers to operate lottery equipment
  • provide field training on game changes and promotions
  • perform retailer terminations and change of ownerships
  • demonstrate proper product placement advantages
  • assist with special projects from Lottery Commission
  • assist Key Account Managers with sales program implementation
  • achieve targeted sales goals within territory and district
  • perform additional duties as assigned
