Job Requirements

  • ability to move light to medium loads such as car batteries, tools, or small equipment
  • ability to lift heavier objects occasionally like tires or parts
  • ability to walk or stand for extended periods
  • ability to bend, stoop, and crouch to inspect vehicles
  • ability to operate a vehicle comfortably in tight spaces
  • willingness to work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain
  • valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report
  • must pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in car lot attendant, detailer, service porter, valet, or related roles preferred
  • ability to drive stick shift preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • technologically savvy with computers and key boxes
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • customer satisfaction driven
  • previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead roles a plus

Job Duties

  • assist sales staff with the sale of vehicles
  • drive vehicles from the back lot to the front
  • complete full detail service for vehicle
  • inspect vehicles for readiness for sale
  • drive to gas stations to fill up vehicles
  • check window stickers for accuracy
  • work with an exciting inventory from audi, dodge, gmc, to mercedes-benz
  • inventory the merchandise on the parking lot
  • secure vehicle inventory at night
  • prepare for deliveries of vehicles
  • occasionally drive inventory between locations
  • partner with the sales management team for training and learning opportunities
