Job Requirements

  • Possession of a valid driver's license maintained for the past 5 years with a clean driving record
  • Physically able to navigate large parking lots and ascend/descend stairs
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Must wear safety vest at all times on company and customer property
  • Ability to inspect vehicles for damages including bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with a strong leadership mentality
  • Familiarity with office equipment and strong computer skills

Job Duties

  • Conduct daily lot scans of all cars in inventory to ensure accuracy and tracking based on dwell time
  • Check in vehicles delivered by AutoPilots, car haulers, and other parties
  • Track, issue, and return license plates, safety vests, and necessary equipment
  • Inspect lot daily for debris or hazards and maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain vehicle organization for efficient use of space
  • Line up cars for AutoPilots and car haulers
  • Distribute and collect keys and paperwork for vehicle pick-up and drop-off
  • Maintain organized storage for all keys and vehicle documentation
  • Inspect vehicles for damages
  • Assist and direct car haulers during loading and unloading according to schedule
  • Manage car hauler appointments with the hub spreadsheet
  • Stage vehicles when haulers are loading and park vehicles as they come off trailers
