Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- more than three to five years of relevant job experience
- must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- capability to lift between 50 to 95 pounds
- comfortable using an iPad or computer
- ability to pass physical and drug/alcohol screening prior to employment
- willingness to work additional hours including some Saturdays and evenings
- adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- must perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
- flexibility to work on owner’s personal projects
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to obtain a DOT physical and cleared to tow up to 18,000 pounds
- possession of own tools listed on company required tool list
- experience or training in RV servicing, mobile homes, automotive, construction, or property management
- good written and oral communication skills
- basic mathematical ability
- ability to interpret electrical diagrams and construction drawings
- knowledge of safety protocols when working on ladders and scaffolding
- experience in transporting recreational vehicles is helpful
- ability to demonstrate and monitor operation of newly installed equipment
- commitment to exceptional customer service and compliance with company policies
Job Duties
- Moving campers in and out of the shop
- managing lot movements and deliveries
- cleaning campers and shop facilities
- repairing damaged portions of RVs including cabinetry, plumbing, electrical systems, propane, and appliances
- providing demonstrations and communication to customers on RV operations
- maintaining inventory of parts and materials used in repairs
- ensuring work progress is communicated to supervisors and inspecting final work output
