Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time
- Able to bend, kneel, and stoop to inspect vehicles and VINs
- Must wear a safety vest at all times on company and customer property
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-first with strong communication skills
- Comfortable using office tools and basic computer systems and spreadsheets
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in vehicle lot operations or inventory control preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and spreadsheets
- Self-motivated and dependable with a safety-first mindset
Job Duties
- Conduct daily lot scans to ensure accurate inventory tracking including dwell time on lot
- Check in vehicles delivered by AutoPilots, car haulers, and partner carriers
- Track, issue, and return plates, safety vests, and required equipment
- Stage and line up vehicles for drivers and car haulers based on the hub schedule
- Distribute and collect keys and paperwork for driver pickups and drop-offs
- Assist and direct car haulers during loading and unloading per schedule
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify VINs during check-in and check-out
