Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
- Ability to perform all job duties safely
- Physical ability to handle moving vehicles and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform duties safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow company safety policies
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report
Job Duties
- Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location
- Determine if customers have appointments and record customer and vehicle information including name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
- Control service traffic flow and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
- Park vehicles after service write-up and drive safely to prevent lot damage
- Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up and thank customers for their business
- Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in vehicles taken in for service
- Deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking vehicles
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly service drive area free of trash and debris
- Drive vehicles between service lanes, stalls, and lots as required
- Make key tags for vehicles
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Follow all company safety policies and report any accidents immediately
- Perform other assigned duties as required
