Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, squat, lift over 50 pounds, reach overhead, climb stairs, perform repetitive hand and finger movements
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company policies including confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with automotive terminology beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Assist both Sales and Service Departments in maintaining new and used car lots
- Transport vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control
- Park vehicles according to policy and under Sales/Marketing direction
- Add and maintain key tags and window stickers on all lot vehicles
- Drive vehicles to other dealerships for dealer swaps or to vendors
- Pick up or deliver customers using dealership vehicles
- Ensure lot attractiveness and efficient dealership operations
