- good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- move vehicles around the lot as needed, including parking, staging for sales, and preparing for service appointments
- maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot by washing and detailing vehicles inside and out
- assist with lot organization, including arranging vehicles in designated areas and ensuring clear pathways
- perform routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and minor damage, reporting any issues to management
- assist service department by moving vehicles to and from service bays
- ensure the lot is free of debris and hazards to provide a safe environment for customers and staff
- support other dealership staff with various tasks as needed
