Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in past three years
  • ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check
  • adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • track money and paperwork responsibly
  • complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • label keys and maintain organized vehicle records
  • monitor the lot for unsafe or suspicious activity
  • enforce parking policies and ensure vehicles are parked securely
  • keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable
  • assist guests with parking questions and payments
  • use radios to communicate with team members
  • arrive on time and maintain professional appearance and behavior
  • attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs
