Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and follow grooming standards
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally with guests and team
- Comfortable using a personal cell phone for work communications
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience preferred
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
Job Duties
- Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
- Complete shift logs and track parking revenue
- Label keys and record vehicle details for parked cars
- Monitor lot for security and enforce parking policies
- Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot and booth
- Assist guests with parking questions and customer service
- Communicate effectively with team using radios and support teamwork
- Maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned including attending training and adapting to schedule changes
