Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work communications

Job Duties

  • Issue tickets and handle payments accurately
  • Track money and paperwork responsibly
  • Complete shift logs and document parking activity
  • Label keys and record vehicle details
  • Monitor the lot regularly for security and compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area and booth
  • Assist guests with payments and parking inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with the team using radios
  • Arrive on time and maintain professional appearance
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations
