Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- clean motor vehicle record with no more than three violations in three years
- background check clearance
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Issue parking tickets and process payments
- complete shift reports and maintain logs of parking operations
- label key numbers and record vehicle descriptions
- conduct lot inspections and enforce parking policies
- maintain cleanliness of parking lot and booth
- assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- communicate effectively with team members using two-way radios
